We
provide the highest quality, most reliable cleaning service in the Panama City
Beach area. As property owners ourselves, we understand what is required in a
cleaning service in order to meet the needs of owners having units on a rental
program. Since we service only the condos on Panama City Beach, we clearly
understand how fluctuating cleaning schedules and short timelines between
guest’s departure and the next arrival can result in rental issues and problems
with customers. Allow us to demonstrate our experience and commitment to
quality by giving us the opportunity to provide the cleaning and all associated

Cleaning Rates
- Efficiency Units - $65.00
- 1 Bedroom Units - $75.00
- 2 Bedroom Units - $100.00
- 3 Bedroom Units - $125.00
Note - First cleaning and set-up is 15 cents
per square foot.

- Wipe down exterior of cabinets and small appliances
- Arrange and wipe down tables and chairs or barstools
- Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops
- Interior* of Stove, Microwave and Refrigerator
- Run dishwasher or wash dishes*, then store dishes
- Exchange kitchen linens
- Trash Disposal

- Dust furniture and electronics
- Vacuum carpets and sweep floors
- Clean windows and other glass
- Arrange furnishings if necessary

- Dust furniture and electronics

- Change Linens

- Clean and disinfect shower, toilet, sinks, and vanity areas

* These items are not included in the rates quoted and may require an additional fee.
Policies
Cancellation - We request you notify us
2 business days in advance of a cancellation or change to a scheduled cleaning.
If we receive less than 2 business days’ notice, or are unable to gain access to
your property, a fee of $35 will be charged.
Payments -
We accept cash, checks and
payments through PayPal. Payment is required at service completion. Alternate
arrangements can be discussed.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for late payments
and returned checks.
Refunds -
We cannot make refunds on
services once provided. However, our services are guaranteed. If for any
reason you are dissatisfied with the cleaning of your unit, we will return to
the unit to correct the deficiency. Your unit will be inspected either during
or immediately following the cleaning service.
Miscellaneous Information
Additional Charges
Hourly rate is $35. This rate will be charged
over and above the standard cleaning fee for the time required for including the
following in your cleaning:
- Hallway or bunk beds, air mattress linens,
sleeper sofas.
- If you have only one set of linens, and
they have to be washed on site. If two sets are provided, the fee will not
be charged.
- If an inordinate amount of time is
required to clean the unit because the property was left excessively dirty
or damaged. Every effort will be made to contact the owner prior to
cleaning. If the owner cannot be reached, we will proceed with cleaning and
preparing the unit for the next guest. We will take pictures and provide
all necessary information in the event of something unexpected.
